About Maybank
Maybank Indonesia is one of the leading private banks in Indonesia which is part of the Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) group, one of the largest financial service provider groups in ASEAN. Previously, under its previous name, PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII), which was established on May 15, 1959, Maybank obtained a license as a foreign exchange bank in 1988 and listed its shares as a public company on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges in 1989.
Until now, Maybank Indonesia has a total of 361 branches including Sharia branches spread across Indonesia and Maybank also has overseas branches, namely in Mumbai, India. Challenges

In addition, with the development of the digitalization era that is happening, it also encourages Maybank to transform their business services from Conventional to Digital, therefore by building Maybank’s Digital ecosystem, which is Mobile Apps, it is hoped that they will be able to move all traditional transaction activities through branches, to directed to the digital world, besides that it is also expected to be able to provide cost efficiency for Maybank’s operations.
Solutions
The solution that we are trying to offer to answer existing problems is by creating a new Digital ecosystem for Maybank, one of which is by building Mobile Apps for their service needs. By building an All in One Application Service where customers can carry out every banking activity with just the touch of a finger. With “M2U Mobile Apps”, There are several excellent features that we try to provide in it such as Account creation for new customers, Customer Data Updates, Replacement Debit cards are damaged, as well as cash withdrawal systems without using a card.
In addition, the existence of “M2U Mobile Apps” will also help all matters of recording and managing data to be faster, easier and reduce the occurrence of negligence caused by human error. With the creation of M2U Mobile apps, we strive to integrate all Maybank banking services from conventional to digital, besides that M2U Apps can be a solution or answer to the problems that are being felt by the company.
